Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Automations Hub (“we”, “us”), which runs Automations Hub. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use it for a business, you accept them for that business too.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or over and have an Instagram Business or Creator account, or a Facebook Page, that you’re allowed to manage. Keep your login details safe: you’re responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Fair use

Automations Hub only messages people who commented on, replied to or messaged your account. You agree not to use it to:

• Send spam, or messages people didn’t ask for.
• Send anything illegal, misleading, hateful or harmful, including scam or phishing links.
• Break Meta’s Platform Terms, Instagram’s Community Guidelines or Facebook’s Community Standards.
• Collect people’s data without telling them why, or use it in ways they wouldn’t expect.
• Get around plan limits, overload the service, or copy or resell it.

If you break these rules, we may pause your automations or close your account. Where we can, we’ll tell you first.

4. Your content and your contacts

Your messages, links and contact lists are yours. You give us permission to store and send them only to run the service for you. You’re responsible for what your messages say and where your links go.

If you collect emails with an email gate, you must have a lawful reason to use them, and stop emailing anyone who asks you to. Our privacy policy explains how we handle this data.

5. Plans and payment

• Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and shown on the pricing page. Payments go through Paymob by card, mobile wallet or Fawry.
• Paid plans are paid upfront for a month or a year. They don’t renew on their own: when the period ends, your account moves back to Free and keeps its data.
• Each plan has limits, such as DMs per month. The DM count resets on the 1st of each month, Cairo time. When you reach the limit, no new DMs go out until the count resets or you upgrade.
• On the Free plan, the last DM of each automation includes a short “Sent with Automations Hub” line.
• If we change prices, the change applies from your next payment, never to a period you’ve already paid for.
• Payments aren’t refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we fail to provide the service you paid for.

6. Instagram and Facebook

Automations Hub works through Meta’s official APIs. We aren’t part of Meta, and Meta doesn’t endorse us. If Meta changes, limits or removes an API feature, or restricts your account, some automations may stop working. We’ll adapt where we can, but we can’t control Meta’s decisions.

7. Availability

We work to keep Automations Hub running around the clock, but we can’t promise it will never go down or that every message will be delivered. The service is provided “as is”.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, lost followers or a restricted account. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Automations Hub at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close your account if you break these terms, or with 30 days’ notice if we stop offering the service.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo handle any dispute.

11. Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and email customers before important changes take effect. Questions: info@automationshub.online.
