How do I pay?
In Egyptian pounds, by card, mobile wallet or Fawry, through Paymob. With Fawry, your plan turns on as soon as you pay at the outlet.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay for a month or a year upfront. When it ends, your account moves back to Free and keeps all its automations and contacts. Renew whenever you like.
What counts as a DM?
Every message we send for you counts as one. A full automation, with a button and then the link, is usually 2 or 3 DMs. The count resets on the 1st of each month, Cairo time.
What happens if I hit my DM limit?
No new DMs go out until the count resets or you upgrade. Conversations that already started still finish.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Switching to a different plan starts a new period today. Renewing the same plan adds the time to the end of your current period.
What’s a brand?
One Facebook Page and the Instagram account linked to it. Pro covers one brand; Agency covers up to ten.
Can I get a refund?
Payments aren’t refundable, except where the law requires it or if we fail to provide the service you paid for. See our terms.
